At The 3 Arrows Heaven Valley Foods, we believe that great food begins with great land. That is why we took the significant step of undertaking our own orchards of apples, pears, and persimmons in the fertile highlands of Himachal Pradesh.
Our orchards are situated at an ideal altitude, bathed in Himalayan sunlight, and irrigated by natural mountain streams. This pristine environment, combined with our unwavering commitment to chemical-free cultivation, allows us to produce fruits that are not just beautiful to look at, but bursting with authentic, natural sweetness and nutrition.
By controlling the land, we control the quality `from the soil to the sapling, from the blossom to the harvest basket.

The Himalayan Apple
Crisp, juicy, and naturally sweet our apples are grown in the cool mountain climate, developing a deep red blush and a perfect balance of tartness and sugar. Perfect for eating fresh, juicing, or making our signature Apple Citrus Vinegar.

The Golden Pear
Known for their buttery texture and delicate, aromatic flavor, our pears are handpicked at the exact moment of ripeness. They are rich in dietary fiber and vitamin C. A true delicacy of the hills.

The Honey Persimmon
With its vibrant orange hue and a sweet, honey-like flavor, our persimmon is a hidden gem of the Himalayan region. When ripe, it offers a soft, jelly-like texture that is simply unforgettable. Also available as our signature Persimmon Pickle!
